Service description

The Site provides free editorial content and a browser-based entertainment demo called Vex Lynx. The demo is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

No real-money features

The Site does not accept deposits, does not offer gambling, wagering, cash prizes, or paid unlocks. Any “score”, “level”, or “best clear” language refers only to in-demo progress.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Site text, branding, layout, and demo code are owned by Intakeora or used under license. You may play the demo in-browser. You may not copy the Site for commercial redistribution without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intakeora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD 50.

The Site may link to third parties (for example Google policies). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Advertising

We may promote the Site with Google Ads or other channels. Ad creatives must be read together with the actual Site content. If something in an ad seems inconsistent, the Site and these Terms control.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
